Mindy is a Wife & Mom of 2 girls living in Indianapolis. A Ball
State Grad with a BS in PR & Design. Mindy has 11+ years (14 countries) of International hospitality travel experience that she brings to her work. Her business started out as designing investment homes on the side then turned into much more by offering remodel and design to residential & small commercial spaces in Central Indiana.
Madison is a passionate interior design architect with a distinguished background, holding a degree in Interior Design Architecture from the esteemed Engineering & Technology Department of Purdue University. Her academic journey equipped her with a solid foundation in the principles of design and architecture, fostering a deep understanding of spatial dynamics and aesthetic harmony.

IN HOME CONSULTATION
Designing a house and making it home means bringing in the comfort and versatility of your family. Making your new space a place to represent where you have been & where you are going. This service provides valuable recommendation to give a cohesive appearance to your space. Offering suggestions and a professional eye will allow you to complete your space at your personal
pace & ability.
Consultation fee starting at $250 including design plan.

CONCEPT DESIGN
With this service we create a custom design plan including mood boards, shopping list & layout visuals for both furnishings and/or hard surface remodel material.
Adding Urban Sly’s designer expertise and vendor resources will help bring all aspects together while implementing & managing the project on your own.
(This service does not include procurement of products or
project management)
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Our full service design is more than a design plan, its an experience! A hands on approach to creating a beautiful space that reflects you. Having the luxury of bringing in a professional to take you from start to finish on your project can be super fun! This package is a valuable investment offing all our services wrapped into one.
